For routine mainenance of fully automatic espresso machines

1- Descale the machine every two or three months. It will improve water temperature without PID and give full jet of steam. Make sure the espresso side of the machine is descaled. Automated electronic descaling does not clean espresso side of the machine.

2- Clean the grinder every three months.

3- Lubricate Brew group every month. It will work quiet and smooth.

4- Calibrate the quality of espresso every day simply by using a Shot glass. Regular descaling helps to eliminate 70% of malfunctions and extends the life of the machine. Make sure the Descaling product used is authentic and descaling process covers the espresso side of the system. Using electronic descaling method alone does not finish cleaning of the entire hydraulic system.

Use of Vinegar, R.O water or Distilled water can damage the boiler wall and gaskets.
